Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of residents' apartments through dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Ensure communal areas are spotless, inviting, and prepared for both residents and visitors.
Perform laundry tasks, including caring for residents' linens when required.
Identify and report maintenance needs and any health and safety concerns promptly.
Collaborate with the wider village team to create an outstanding resident experience.
Uphold rigorous cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control standards continuously.

Candidate Profile

Experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles, particularly in hospitality, hotels, healthcare, or residential environments.
Strong attention to detail paired with a proactive mindset.
Friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
Capable of working autonomously and cooperatively within a team.
Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service.

Work Schedule

Full-time position requiring 37.5 hours per week.
Typically works 5 days out of 7, with necessary flexibility for weekends and evening shifts.
Shift hours range between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
