Key Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping duties such as cleaning guest rooms and ensuites, and making beds as required.
• Carry out general cleaning tasks including waste management, sweeping, mopping, and maintaining communal areas.
• Ensure compliance with all legislated hygiene standards.
• Deliver efficient, friendly customer service during busy periods.
• Assist team members across departments as necessary.

Required Experience and Skills

• At least 12 months of experience in utility or all-rounder roles, cleaning, or housekeeping.
• Strong commitment to genuine and friendly customer service.
• Motivated, enthusiastic, and positive attitude with a willingness to take initiative.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, time-sensitive settings.
• Maintain pride in personal appearance and hygiene.
• Possess a valid driver’s license (automatic or manual).
• Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
• White Card certification is mandatory or a willingness to obtain it.

Additional Information

• Work location operates on Drive-In Drive-Out (DIDO) and Bus-In Bus-Out (BIBO) basis.
• Work roster is 14 days on and 7 days off, hours from 06:00 to 16:30.
• Successful candidates may need to provide a police clearance and complete a pre-employment medical assessment.
