HR Operations Generalist (Remote)

Role Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of a client for an HR Operations Generalist to join on a contract basis. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from any location globally. The primary function of this role is to provide general support and efficient communication for a global platform, assisting users with onboarding, issue resolution, and general queries across various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver clear and precise English-language assistance to users via chat, email, and other mediums.
• Support users in setting up accounts, completing verification, and navigating the platform effectively.
• Identify and troubleshoot common issues involving user accounts, transactions, and technical challenges.
• Keep detailed and accurate logs of user interactions, transactions, and feedback within the designated systems.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to escalate and solve complex user problems.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Exceptional fluency in both spoken and written English is mandatory.
• Previous experience in customer support, administrative tasks, or generalist roles is advantageous.
• Capacity to juggle multiple responsibilities while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Competency with fundamental computer applications including email platforms, spreadsheets, and communication tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with the capability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
