Human Resources Recruiter

About The Role

Theos Food Private Limited is seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter based in Noida Sector 41. The candidate will manage full-cycle recruitment processes for positions within cafes, restaurants, and central kitchens. Regular working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, six days a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, specifically targeting hospitality and food & beverage sector roles.
• Source potential candidates using job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and walk-in applicants.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews with respective department heads.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and keep comprehensive candidate records.
• Handle preparation and distribution of offer letters, manage joining formalities, and ensure follow-up until candidate onboarding.
• Coordinate new employee induction programs and maintain recruitment tracking systems.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the hospitality and food & beverage sectors.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Capability to execute volume hiring while meeting stringent deadlines.
