About the Role

As we expand rapidly, our customer implementations span numerous healthcare practices concurrently. We seek a detail-oriented Implementation Manager to ensure precise operations, proactive communication, and successful delivery of complex projects on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct ownership of the deployment pipeline for assigned healthcare practices, managing milestones, go-live dates, and client dependencies to ensure on-time launches.
• Proactively track and resolve all customer-related dependencies, following up persistently until completion to prevent delays or failures in go-live.
• Maintain an up-to-date and accurate status of each deployment including stages, next steps, target dates, and blockers, resetting any slipped deadlines promptly with explanations and new commitments.
• Once all prerequisites are fulfilled, coordinate thorough handoffs of implementation packages to the delivery team to guarantee seamless go-live execution.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers who manage client relationships, providing real-time updates on deployment progress and challenges allowing informed executive communication.
• Continuously analyze deployment processes to detect recurring issues or bottlenecks and propose improvements enhancing system efficiency and reliability.

Desired Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in SaaS-related roles encompassing implementation, project coordination, or operational client engagement.
• Proven aptitude for juggling dozens of simultaneous projects with intersecting timelines and dependencies effectively.
• Exceptional perseverance in follow-up, maintaining rigorous oversight of open tasks, and discomfort with unresolved issues lacking assigned next steps and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, able to compose clear customer requests via email and comfortably escalate by phone when necessary.
• Experience using CRM or project management platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Jira to accurately track deployments.
• Adaptability thriving in fast-evolving startup environments where ambiguity is common.
• Highly favorable: background in revenue cycle management (RCM), electronic health records (EHR), healthcare billing software, or practice management systems.
• Experience in onboarding or implementing healthcare technology solutions is a plus.
• Familiarity with merchant account activation, payment processing, or healthcare payment mechanisms considered an advantage.

Role Clarifications

This position demands ownership of deployment outcomes rather than administrative coordination. You are accountable for adherence to deployment timelines—actively resolving delays rather than merely noting them. Managing open items through a living tracker system is critical; reliance on memory or passive approaches is incompatible.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range from $80,000 to $95,000 plus performance bonuses.
• Eligibility for stock option participation in Raxia’s incentive plan.
