Kiran Interlock Bricks is a growing mud interlock bricks manufacturer in Tamil Nadu. The business focuses on sustainable, high-quality construction materials that improve thermal insulation, reduce building costs, and make construction faster and simpler for modern projects.
Role Overview
This position is for a driven Inside Sales Executive who can work from home, connect with qualified leads, explain the product value clearly, and help move prospects from enquiry to purchase.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to incoming leads and start conversations about the company’s mud interlock bricks.
- Present the product’s core advantages, including lower cost, thermal performance, eco-friendly nature, and faster construction.
- Send brochures, pricing details, and product information through WhatsApp and other online communication channels.
- Build long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers such as home builders, contractors, architects, and developers.
- Manage the sales journey by answering questions, handling objections, and following up consistently.
- Collect advance payments and close deals in line with monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Update the CRM or similar system with accurate notes on customer interactions, pipeline status, and sales activity.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2 to 5 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or direct sales, ideally in building materials or related real estate/home improvement businesses.
- Strong command of Tamil, with English proficiency for both written and spoken communication.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business to communicate with customers and share media.
- Experience with CRM tools or lead tracking systems is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, email, and internet usage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Confident in presenting products and persuading prospects.
- Self-driven, disciplined, and able to work independently from a remote setup.
- Customer-focused and able to solve problems calmly and effectively.

Candidates with a diploma in any specialization may apply.
Compensation
The annual pay range for this role is INR 2,75,000 to INR 3,75,000.
