Role Overview
The Inspector - Housekeeping will be responsible for verifying the cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms daily and coordinating with staff and front desk to maintain high standards of hospitality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily checks of all rooms assigned and report findings to the front desk promptly.
- Inform Housekeeping team about VIP rooms, rooms blocked from service, and early clean-up requests to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Monitor proper use and maintenance of equipment such as hair dryers, irons, ironing boards, bed boards, and daily roll-away beds to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization standards as per company policies and operational guidelines.
