Role Overview
Nabina Group, based in Qatar, is expanding its team and is seeking an Interior Designer who is creative, meticulous, and capable of turning client needs into practical spaces with strong visual appeal. The company works across building materials, interior solutions, and made-to-measure kitchens, wardrobes, and doors.
This opportunity is suited to someone who has handled residential, commercial, or retail interior work and is comfortable taking projects from early ideas through to final execution.
Design Development
- Create original interior concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts.
- Develop furniture plans, ceiling layouts, elevations, sections, and other detailed drawings.
- Design tailored kitchen, wardrobe, and other interior solutions according to client briefs.
- Choose appropriate materials, finishes, lighting, hardware, and accessories.
3D Visualization
- Build detailed 3D models and produce realistic renderings for presentations.
- Prepare presentation decks and visual material that clearly explain design ideas.
Technical Documentation
- Draft shop drawings and production drawings with precision.
- Work closely with production and installation teams to maintain design accuracy.
- Make sure all drawings align with the project scope and execution needs.
Site Coordination
- Visit project sites to take measurements and review progress or inspection points.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and on-site teams.
- Address design-related issues on site and confirm execution matches approved plans.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture is required.
- Applicants should have 3 to 5 years of experience in interior design.
- Experience in kitchens, wardrobes, doors, joinery, or fit-out work is strongly preferred.
- Hands-on capability with AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape, D5 Render, and Adobe Photoshop is expected.
- Experience with 3ds Max and Corona is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and interior detailing is important.
- Good communication, presentation, and client-handling skills are necessary.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines is essential.
- Candidates must already be based in Qatar.
- NOC for transfer is preferred.
