Role Overview

We seek a proactive and energetic IT Recruiter with 1 to 2 years of recruitment experience to become part of our expanding team in Noida Sector 4. This full-time position requires managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, focusing on identifying and attracting skilled technical professionals.

Primary Duties

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment processes.
• Identify and source candidates via job portals, professional networks, referrals, and social media.
• Review applications and conduct initial human resource screenings.
• Organize technical interviews with hiring managers efficiently.
• Coordinate interview schedules, collect feedback, and maintain candidate communication.
• Negotiate job offers and facilitate seamless onboarding.
• Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment metrics.
• Develop and sustain a talent pipeline for IT positions.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 1 to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Understand IT technical roles and technologies well.
• Experienced in sourcing through online portals and LinkedIn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and coordination capabilities.
• Graduate in any field.
