Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Junior Assistant to join our team and provide administrative and creative support. This part-time position requires approximately 15 hours weekly with a flexible schedule, functioning fully remotely. The monthly remuneration for this role is 100000 тг and the role is available to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities

Uploading podcast episodes and creating chapters, with training provided.
Organizing and maintaining files and folders using Google Drive.
Performing minor edits on visuals using Canva, including Instagram graphics, covers, and presentations.
Managing and updating website content on Squarespace.
Assisting with the creation and management of Mailchimp newsletters and automation workflows.
Sorting and tagging content within email and digital platforms to maintain organization.
Supporting clarity and structure maintenance across digital systems.

Candidate Requirements

Proficiency in using ChatGPT beyond basic usage — able to identify errors, craft effective prompts, and align output with brand voice and research standards.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Experience working with Mailchimp, Canva, and Squarespace or comparable tools.
Comfortable with technology and a fast learner.
Highly self-driven, well-organized, and capable of managing time independently.
Detail-oriented, deadline-aware, and enjoys working in a systematic manner.
