About the role

Wagamama’s kitchens are built around fresh ingredients, made-to-order dishes, and a fast-moving team environment. In this role, you will be the support backbone of the kitchen, helping everything stay clean, organised, and efficient so chefs can focus on preparing bold, flavourful food.

What you’ll do

• Keep the kitchen clean, tidy, and ready for service at all times.
• Wash pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment so cooking can continue without delay.
• Replenish cleaning products and let the team know when stock is running low.
• Assist with simple food preparation tasks whenever support is needed.
• Work in line with health and safety rules to protect yourself and your colleagues.
