ABOUT THE TEAM
You will drive the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of our POS product. You will work closely with engineering, design, commercial teams, and customers to create a product that is intuitive, scalable, and valuable for businesses in our target verticals.
As Lead Product Manager for POS, you will take ownership of a modern point-of-sale product that helps businesses manage sales, payments, operations, and customer interactions in one seamless experience. You will lead and develop a team of two product managers, and act as the key product partner to our commercial and sales organization.
What your work will look like:
-
Own and lead the product vision, roadmap, and development priorities for our POS product.
-
Directly manage, coach, and grow a team of two product managers, setting priorities and ensuring their focus areas ladder up to a coherent POS strategy.
-
Work closely with your dedicated development team to plan, build, launch, and improve new features.
-
Define product requirements based on customer needs, business goals, market trends, and data insights.
-
Collaborate with other Product Managers to ensure the POS product integrates smoothly with our SaaS and back-office solutions.
-
Partner closely with commercial and sales leadership to align on priorities, protecting product roadmap integrity while staying embedded in business conversations rather than working around them.
-
Gather feedback from users, internal teams, and stakeholders to continuously improve the product experience.
-
Monitor product performance, adoption, and customer satisfaction to identify growth opportunities.
-
Manage timelines, priorities, and delivery expectations to ensure product goals are met.
-
Support the overall product strategy for our vertical SaaS ecosystem, with a strong focus on POS, payments, and operational workflows.
What you need to be successful in this role:
-
Product ownership: Experience managing a digital product from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement.
-
POS or SaaS experience: Understanding of point-of-sale systems, payments, retail, hospitality, or vertical SaaS products is a strong advantage.
-
People management (required): Proven experience directly managing, coaching, and developing product managers, not only cross-functional collaboration.
-
Strategic thinking: Ability to translate business goals and customer needs into a clear product roadmap.
-
Communication skills: Able to explain ideas clearly, align stakeholders, and listen carefully to feedback from teams and users.
-
Problem-solving skills: Comfortable analyzing complex challenges and making informed decisions based on data and customer insights.
-
Team collaboration: Experience working closely with developers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
-
Leadership: Ability to guide priorities, influence decisions, and support the team in achieving shared goals.
-
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and adjusting priorities when market or customer needs change.
