About the Role

This position focuses on turning specialist know-how into training that can be repeated, scaled, and measured. You will partner closely with internationally certified coaches to capture their expertise, shape it into structured learning content, and build the learning architecture that supports coaching excellence at Singapore’s largest gymnastics facility.

What You Will Do

  • Gather coaching expertise through interviews, observations, and knowledge-mapping sessions.
  • Develop instructional strategy, training approach, and programme design for coach development.
  • Create staged learning pathways that guide coaches from basic skills to advanced competencies.
  • Produce training assets such as manuals, guides, slide decks, videos, and assessment tools.
  • Define competency models that describe strong coaching performance at different levels.
  • Design onboarding programmes that help new coaches integrate effectively.

What We’re Looking For

  • A diploma or degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, especially in instructional design.
  • Demonstrated ability to capture knowledge from subject matter experts and convert it into structured training.
  • Sound understanding of adult learning and the ability to apply cognitive psychology concepts in training design.
  • Experience creating competency frameworks and progressive learning pathways.
  • Strong facilitation ability for needs analysis discussions and stakeholder interviews.
  • Capability to create training materials such as manuals, e-learning content, videos, and assessments.
  • Excellent written documentation skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and training methods.
