Role Overview
As Xeinadin expands its Financial Services team, the Life & Pensions Manager position based in Galway offers the opportunity to manage a diverse SME client portfolio, advise key clients on life assurance and pension products, and support the broader development of financial services throughout the company.
Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized guidance on life insurance, retirement planning, and pension solutions for clients in Galway and the surrounding area.
- Ensure all activities comply with relevant Irish regulations, including the Central Bank of Ireland's Consumer Protection Code.
- Manage client portfolios through regular reviews, policy renewals, and retention initiatives.
- Conceive and execute strategies to grow the Life & Pensions segment across the region.
- Maintain and foster relationships with product providers, insurance firms, and pension administrators.
- Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory reforms, and new products, informing clients accordingly.
- Address complex client situations and escalated issues while adhering to compliance standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possession of the QFA qualification.
- Strong commercial acumen with awareness of client needs and industry standards.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles.
- Familiarity with pension-related work.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
