Logistics Operations Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to supervise and coordinate all aspects of our logistics and supply chain functions. This role is pivotal in managing transportation, warehouse processes, inventory handling, dispatch scheduling, vendor relations, and ensuring prompt delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily transportation and warehousing activities to optimize operational efficiency.
• Coordinate the movement of inventory and develop dispatch plans to meet delivery deadlines.
• Manage relationships with vendors and internal teams to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
• Monitor and evaluate operational performance to drive improvements and cost reductions.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in logistics or operations management roles.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities along with strong planning and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with MS Excel and experienced in using ERP or logistics management software.
• Capacity to manage teams, vendors, and multiple simultaneous operations effectively.
