Low Current Project Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Low Current Project Engineer to join our team full-time in Riyadh. The role primarily supports services involving CCTV, access control, fire alarm systems, building management systems (BMS), networking, and electrical systems. A key responsibility includes acting as a supervisor engineer focused on enhancing customer satisfaction throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and nurture relationships with project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
• Oversee job progress, provide necessary support to technicians, and manage on-site follow-ups.
• Draft quotations and proposals as needed to support project acquisition and execution.
• Conduct technical follow-ups to guarantee project quality and efficiency complying with company policies and client service level agreements.
• Coordinate maintenance team schedules in alignment with client demands and resource availability, working closely with customer support teams.
• Perform site inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks when required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven expertise in project and electrical engineering, specifically related to low current systems including CCTV, access control, fire alarm, BMS, and networking.
• Strong project management skills encompassing planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
• Excellent communication abilities to engage with clients, contractors, and internal teams as well as produce clear technical documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant discipline; professional certifications in low current or building systems are advantageous.
• Experience working on facility management or construction projects within Saudi Arabia with a strong understanding of local codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Proficient in design and project management software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Excel; experienced with tender documents and technical submittals.
