Role Overview
The Management Associate Program offers a full-time hybrid opportunity in Singapore, combining office-based work with remote tasks. Participants will support the creation and execution of financial planning strategies by analyzing client portfolios, devising proposals, and aiding in advisory service delivery. Responsibilities include involvement in project initiatives, managing workflow coordination, streamlining agency operations, and enhancing client satisfaction. Associates will also be instrumental in organizing training sessions, fostering team growth, and facilitating effective communications with both clients and internal parties. The program provides structured mentorship and exposure to various elements of agency management, financial planning, and business development.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities to evaluate financial data, understand client requirements, and assist in portfolio recommendations.
- Possess effective communication skills for engaging clients and collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
- Hold foundational knowledge of or interest in finance, insurance, and financial planning principles.
- Exhibit skills or enthusiasm for project management to oversee task coordination, scheduling, and cross-departmental initiatives.
- Support and actively participate in training programs while embracing new tools and contributing to team development.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines, or possess equivalent relevant experience.
- Maintain a high standard of integrity, prioritize client needs, and adhere to professional ethics.
- Be proficient with common office software such as spreadsheets and presentation tools, coupled with adaptability to digital platforms.
- Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously while effectively integrating into fast-paced, dynamic team environments.
