We are seeking a passionate and intelligent individual to join our demand generation team as a Manager of Performance Marketing based in Bengaluru. This role involves managing relationships with internal and external partners, driving performance marketing initiatives, and enhancing brand visibility on major e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize an annual performance marketing budget ranging between ₹20 to ₹30 crore.
- Accelerate revenue growth while achieving targets for Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and profitability.
- Design, implement, and refine impactful paid marketing campaigns.
- Analyze marketing performance data to extract insights and identify opportunities for expansion.
- Collaborate closely with Business, Brand, Merchandising, and Analytics teams to align marketing strategies.
- Lead ongoing experimentation efforts to boost marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
Success Metrics
- Achievement of revenue and ROAS goals.
- Efficient utilization of the marketing budget.
- Successful execution and continual optimization of campaigns.
- Improvement in visibility of new seasons and product launches.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Internal: Online Performance, Brand Marketing, Business Teams, Merchandising.
- External: E-Commerce platforms and Agency Partners.
Qualifications and Skills
- 3 to 5 years of experience in performance or growth marketing roles.
- Proven track record managing paid media campaigns with responsibility for business results.
- Prior experience in e-commerce or consumer-focused businesses is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to solve business challenges through data.
- Commercial awareness, including understanding of key business metrics and marketing investment management.
- Excellent execution skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
