Key Responsibilities

• Engage and foster strong collaborations with diverse internal and external channels to strengthen acquisition strategies targeting New to Bank (NTB) prospects.
• Drive and expand an internal and external referral network to generate leads, facilitating client acquisition for Private Banking.
• Attract and acquire NTB clients, leveraging client service synergies to meet assigned targets and enhance department profitability.
• Manage client onboarding processes ensuring compliance, initial funding, and asset transfers are handled accurately for new Private Banking customers.
• Provide daily banking services that exceed client expectations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to guarantee satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ensure seamless transition of client relationships to Private Banking Relationship Managers, collaborating as needed to secure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with specialists by offering feedback to improve wealth management product solutions tailored to client needs.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and actively coordinate with internal teams to provide fitting product solutions.
• Uphold rigorous risk management by adhering to quality standards and compliance policies, reducing transaction and service errors while mitigating credit, legal, reputational, and other risks.
• Maintain vigilant compliance with KYC and AML procedures during client acquisition to meet regulatory standards.
• Regularly update compliance, KYC, and client profiles while safeguarding confidentiality according to bank policies.
• Strictly follow all organizational policies, processes, and procedures to maintain consistent work standards and service quality.
• Manage personal performance in line with bank people management practices to optimize contribution to business outcomes.
• Consistently apply the ADCB Service Standards and Our Promise in all customer interactions.

Candidate Profile and Experience

• Minimum six years in a commercial or universal banking environment in client-facing relationship management roles dealing with high-net-worth individuals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; professional qualifications preferred.
• Strong client acquisition and service capabilities.
• Proven networking skills across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to utilize data-driven analysis to advocate and gain support for innovative concepts.
• Proficiency in English language communication.
