Position Overview

This role is offered through a partner company based in the United States seeking a Managing Director with extensive experience in digital marketing. The position involves leading digital marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and fostering growth across multiple performance marketing accounts in a fully remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary strategic advisor and daily leader for a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high-quality service and sustained relationship growth.
Design and manage end-to-end paid digital media campaigns, including planning, execution, optimization, forecasting, and performance measurement across various marketing channels.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective campaign implementation, promote accountability, and support ongoing professional growth.
Evaluate campaign results, extract optimization opportunities, and deliver insightful reports with actionable data-driven recommendations.
Track key performance indicators, establish standards, and innovate with new strategies to enhance campaign outcomes and business success.

Candidate Requirements

Over 10 years’ experience in performance marketing, demonstrating expertise in digital strategy, paid media, search marketing, and managing client connections.
Capability to lead complex marketing projects balancing both strategic oversight and daily operations.
Proven expertise managing multiple stakeholders, diverse client portfolios, and interdisciplinary teams within dynamic environments.
Strong analytical aptitude to analyze campaign data, ascertain trends, and translate insights into tangible business benefits.
Exceptional leadership skills including team hiring, mentoring, and development of high-performing personnel.
Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills and aptitude for building relationships with clients and colleagues.
Highly organized with solid project management and problem-solving capabilities to efficiently handle competing demands.
