They are searching for passionate Manufacturing Operators (known internally as Manufacturing Specialists) to join their production team, bringing enthusiasm, creativity, and a commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate cutting-edge, high-speed automated production and packaging lines with skill and care.
• Achieve production goals while maintaining a strong focus on quality standards.
• Perform flavour and packaging changeovers accurately and meticulously.
• Identify and resolve operational issues swiftly to ensure smooth production flow.
• Work flexibly across a 24/7 roster covering multiple shifts.
• Test, monitor, and inspect production processes to guarantee superior quality.
• Uphold the "All for Quality" philosophy, ensuring every product meets expectations.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP guidelines, and safety regulations.
• Maintain and care for the advanced equipment at the Swanbank site, including cleaning and inspections as part of Autonomous Maintenance tasks.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement using problem-solving methods such as 5 Whys and Fishbone diagrams.
• Embrace Suntory’s Monozukuri Way for operational excellence and strive to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in manufacturing or fast-paced production, preferably in FMCG.
• Comfortable working with machinery and technology, with strong hands-on problem-solving skills.
• Energetic, curious, and driven by a mindset focused on ongoing improvement.
• Committed to quality, safety, and performing tasks correctly.
