About the Role

This position is more than a typical Integration Architect role; it is a pivotal opportunity to design how Sitetracker integrates data across various platforms, teams, and systems. The aim is to eliminate data silos and inefficiencies, developing scalable and dependable solutions that enable real-time insights and smarter decision-making. The role demands technical expertise combined with excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills. You will play a central role in key initiatives that advance the system's evolution and enhance user experience across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end enterprise integration strategy development that ensures scalability and future-proof architecture.
• Translate complex cross-departmental requirements into clear integration solution designs.
• Oversee delivery and technical strategy ensuring solutions meet both technical soundness and business needs.
• Collaborate with senior architects, product teams, and external vendors to deliver integration solutions and improve their quality continuously.
• Provide technical guidance to implementation teams and communicate architecture rationale to business leaders and stakeholders effectively.

Required Skills and Experience

• Designed architecture for a minimum of three large-scale enterprise integration projects.
• Expertise in evaluating and selecting architectural solutions based on integration patterns, scalability, and system resilience.
• Experience leading customer integration discovery sessions and translating them into unified technical requirements.
• Ability to translate business needs into integration use cases and align technical capabilities to resolve business challenges.
• Proven track record of technical leadership including overseeing build quality and risk management.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex integrations to non-technical stakeholders and influence executives.

Short, Medium, and Long-Term Goals

• Within 90 days: Deliver integration design for a cross-functional project, build solid relationships with internal and external partners, review current workflows, and act as a technical advisor.
• Within 180 days: Lead multiple integration projects, unify technical standards, influence vendor strategies, and become a recognized integration expert.
• Within 365 days: Establish scalable integration frameworks, mentor junior team members, improve system performance, and lead cross-functional reviews to enhance future architectures.
