Job Summary

The Online Order Filling Team Associate is responsible for efficiently locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise to fulfill online orders, ensuring the accuracy of each order before customer pickup. Associates may make substitute product recommendations and communicate with customers as necessary to guarantee satisfaction.

Compensation and Schedule

• Hourly wage ranges from $14 to $27 depending on location and role requirements, with rates at or above the minimum wage.
• Additional earnings may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
• Specific premium pay ranging between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour may be awarded for certain shifts, work performed, seasons, or specific facilities; multiple premiums could apply if criteria are met.
• Full-time and part-time employment options are available.
• Shifts offered include mid-shift and closing times.
