We are seeking a skilled Optical Dispenser who enjoys assisting patients in selecting the ideal eyewear and contributing to a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

Building and maintaining trusted relationships with patients and their families
Providing lifestyle-based lens advice that enhances patients' visual experiences
Delivering excellent customer service from the initial inquiry through to eyewear collection
Collaborating effectively with Optometrists and fellow staff to secure optimal patient outcomes
Ensuring the smooth daily functioning of the practice
Fostering a professional, friendly, and positive workplace atmosphere

Candidate Profile

Proven experience as an optical dispenser
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Confidence in recommending suitable optical products and customized solutions
Strong dedication to patient care and customer service
Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills
Positive attitude with a team-centric approach

Additional Information

Possession of a Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing will be highly valued
Experience using Optomate software is advantageous but not mandatory
