Role Overview

We are looking for energetic Outbound Sales Representatives to join the Sell My Car team. Your role will be essential in guiding sellers through the Carwow auction process, ensuring they have a seamless experience while maximizing the potential for selling their vehicles. This position involves proactive communication and building trust with clients to help them navigate the selling journey confidently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage an active pipeline of prospective sellers interested in selling their cars through our online auction platform.
  • Assess and verify car listings submitted by sellers for completeness and accuracy, collaborating with them to correct any issues before auction.
  • Leverage industry knowledge to offer informed advice, helping customers balance expectations with market trends to achieve successful sales.
  • Explain the auction procedure clearly to sellers, ensuring full understanding and commitment to the process.
  • Handle negotiation conversations and address any customer objections effectively.
  • Maintain communication with sellers through multiple channels including phone, email, live chat, and SMS to resolve queries.
  • Keep detailed records of all interactions and ensure smooth transitions to other teams as required.
