Role Overview
We are looking for a Palantir Lead to oversee the full delivery lifecycle of Palantir Foundry solutions across locations including Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Noida, and PAN India. This role involves managing data integration, transformation, ontology modeling, and workshop creation while collaborating closely with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complete delivery of Palantir Foundry projects including data workflows and ontology modelling.
- Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Design and implement reliable data pipelines, workflows, and validation within Palantir Foundry.
- Enhance data models and workflows to boost performance and maintainability.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
- Integrate Palantir with external platforms such as Snowflake and APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange.
- Address complex technical challenges regarding data ingestion, transformation, and governance.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise data governance and security protocols.
- Document design decisions, processes, and solutions comprehensively.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- 6 to 9 years of professional experience in data engineering or analytics, including a minimum of 5 years working extensively with Palantir Foundry.
- Proficiency in Python programming, SQL, and building data pipelines.
- Experience with ontology modelling, Palantir Foundry APIs, and workshop applications.
- Strong knowledge of data governance, integration standards, and quality assurance.
- Familiarity with cloud data ecosystems such as Snowflake, AWS, or Azure, and enterprise-level data architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities, effective communication, and ability to manage stakeholders.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and handling large-scale project deliveries.
Eligibility
Applicants must hold at least a graduate degree.
Location
Work is primarily based in Noida, India, with possibilities in Hyderabad, Gurgaon, or other PAN India locations.
