Your Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of all customers within the pool area at all times.
• Demonstrate commitment to Aura's vision, mission, and core values.
• Respond promptly and effectively in emergencies to protect customers.
• Participate in mandatory meetings and monthly training sessions.
• Deliver high-quality customer service consistently.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain excellent standards of pool area cleanliness and hygiene.
• Represent Aura professionally as a brand ambassador.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current R.L.S.S. or I.W.S. Pool Lifeguard certification is mandatory.
• A positive mindset with strong teamwork skills.
• Previous lifeguarding experience is beneficial but not required.
• Willingness to obtain additional qualifications such as Swim Teaching is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with fluent English proficiency.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including varied days and hours.

Compensation

• Hourly wage of €14.30 from Monday to Saturday.
• Higher hourly wage of €16.02 on Sundays.
