About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage client employee records related to new hires, terminations, personnel changes, and time tracking by uploading and downloading data with third-party vendors.
- Investigate and respond to payroll inquiries through the Case Management System promptly and accurately.
- Conduct peer-review audits of all data files submitted to vendors for payroll processing to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive final payroll reports and banking files for clients.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned while adhering strictly to all company policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Experience
- Possess technical or vocational training, certifications, or equivalent experience supporting operational or analytical tasks.
- Established competence in analytical or operational processes, able to handle atypical assignments with limited supervision.
- Developed familiarity with various processes, procedures, and systems related to payroll operations.
- Capable of providing solutions to unique problems based on existing protocols.
- Effective communication skills to exchange information and ideas clearly among team members.
- Ability to guide and mentor junior staff members as needed.
- Typing proficiency with a minimum speed of 20 words per minute.
