Picker / Packer

About the Role

Join Blinkit as a Picker / Packer, responsible for handling in-store order fulfillment across Pan India in designated nearby stores. This role involves picking and packing items according to orders, scanning and verifying products, preparing orders for timely dispatch, managing inventory and stock checks, and maintaining cleanliness and organization within the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack products inside the store as per order details.
• Scan and verify products for accuracy.
• Ensure orders are ready on time for dispatch.
• Manage inventory and conduct stock verification.
• Keep the store environment clean and well-organized.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of 10th standard pass.
• Open to freshers without prior experience.
• Basic literacy and ability to use mobile devices.
• Physically capable to perform warehouse duties.

Work Conditions and Benefits

• Nine-hour shifts available in morning, evening, or night batches.
• Work schedule includes six days weekly with one day off.
• Fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 plus incentives and attendance bonuses.
