About the Role

We are searching for a skilled Planner to join a fast-growing international data centre operator headquartered in Dublin. Supported by strong investment and partnerships with leading technology firms, this company is expanding rapidly and seeks an experienced individual for a 6-month contract role in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities

• Take charge of creating, reviewing, and validating project schedules that coordinate design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and overall project delivery.
• Ensure all project plans meet governance standards and comply with recognized planning methodologies and practices.
• Critically evaluate contractors’ timelines, progress reports, and forecasts to identify potential risks, delays, or chances to enhance project progression.
• Generate in-depth programme analyses, evaluate critical paths, and prepare high-level reports for stakeholders and leadership throughout the project duration.
• Work collaboratively with diverse project teams and contractors, providing expert planning guidance and maintaining schedule assurance on a large-scale, mission-critical construction project.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven background in planning roles within Data Centre or Oil and Gas sectors.
• Experience involved in the construction of Power Stations and/or Data Centres.
