About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to facilitate strategic decisions within portfolios and programs.
• Assist in portfolio planning, prioritization, governance, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Create dashboards, reports, and presentations showcasing project progression, risks, opportunities, and key performance indicators.
• Monitor benefits realization to assure initiatives yield measurable business value.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and essential activities spanning multiple projects.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of PMO frameworks, templates, tools, and procedures.
• Support scheduling, resource monitoring, reporting, and maintaining precise project documentation.
• Identify potential process enhancements and propose methods to improve efficiency and standardization.
• Help manage change efforts through coordinating communications, stakeholder updates, and promoting adoption.
• Develop documentation, playbooks, and knowledge resources to improve inter-team alignment.
• Maintain PMO knowledge bases and repositories, ensuring they remain accurate and accessible.
• Participate in project retrospectives, offering suggestions for ongoing improvements.
• Collaborate with consultants, project leads, and client stakeholders to underpin successful transformations.

Candidate Requirements

• Between 3 and 6+ years of experience in project management, PMO, portfolio support, or similar domains.
• Experience within consulting, transformational, or complex project contexts is advantageous.
• Strong analytical capabilities involving data analysis, metric tracking, reporting, and visualization.
• Proficiency with project and portfolio management software such as Planview, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Solid knowledge of project delivery methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models.
• Excellent communication skills, adept in simplifying complex information for varied audiences.
• Ability to maintain focus on intricate details while understanding larger strategic objectives.
• Well-developed organizational abilities, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Proactive and solution-focused mindset, able to identify improvements and take ownership.
• Comfortable working collaboratively with diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
• Preferred certifications include PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management credentials.
• Familiarity with transformation methodologies or frameworks is a plus.
