Overview

Culligan International seeks a Procurement Analyst to support sourcing, contracting, and supplier management for all North American business operations. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, Legal, IT, HR, and Facilities to optimize costs, enhance vendor performance, and ensure compliance with procurement policies. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong analytical abilities, business insight, and skill managing diverse categories in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct sourcing activities such as RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs for various indirect and direct spend categories.
Analyze spending patterns to uncover cost-saving and supplier consolidation opportunities.
Assist with contract negotiations, renewals, and onboarding of suppliers.
Ensure strict adherence to procurement guidelines and approval processes.
Monitor supplier performance metrics like SLAs and KPIs, facilitating issue resolution and escalations when needed.
Manage contract details including terms, renewal timelines, and pricing frameworks in collaboration with Legal to maintain compliance and risk mitigation.
Interpret procurement data to identify trends, risks, and financial efficiencies.
Create reports and dashboards highlighting cost reductions, spend distribution, and supplier effectiveness for leadership review.
Maintain comprehensive procurement documentation in ERP and related procurement software.
Function as a procurement advisor to internal departments, guiding sourcing strategies, vendor selection, and cost-management initiatives.
Work alongside Finance teams on budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
Identify and implement process enhancements to increase operational efficiency and compliance standards.
Contribute to the advancement of procurement digital tools and support system modernization efforts.
Help standardize procurement procedures across the North American region.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or closely related disciplines.
3 to 6 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Familiarity with procurement platforms or ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or Ariba.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, data analytics, and report generation.

Preferred Experience

Use of AI tools, particularly Microsoft CoPilot, to automate and enhance analytical workflows.
Experience supporting multi-location or regional operations within North America.
Background managing diverse spend categories including IT, professional services, facilities, and maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO).
Skills in contract negotiations and vendor relationship management.
Relevant certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, or CIPS, or actively pursuing these qualifications.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $110,000 annually, supplemented by performance bonuses. Compensation will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, role level, geographic location, and organizational considerations.
