Qualifications and Requirements

  • Proven record as a Procurement Manager, Senior Category Manager, Strategic Sourcing Manager, or in a related procurement leadership role.
  • Successful history implementing procurement strategies, managing sourcing projects, and delivering cost savings.
  • Skilled in negotiating and handling complex service contracts and commercial deals.
  • Experience managing Modern Service Agreements, outsourced services, or contracts based on performance metrics.
  • Deep knowledge of supplier relationship management and performance evaluation frameworks.
  • Highly effective stakeholder management and influence across all organizational tiers.
  • Strong commercial insight, negotiation expertise, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • MCIPS accreditation or working towards it is advantageous.
