Key Responsibilities

• Keep the produce section clean, orderly, and well-organized to ensure it is customer-ready at all times.
• Regularly rotate stock and remove expired products to maintain freshness and quality standards.
• Ensure correct pricing and signage for all produce, adhering to procedures regarding ordering, markdowns, clearance, product labels, and signage.
• Comply with food safety, sanitation, and cold chain protocols, including temperature checks and following expiration date guidelines.
• Stock and destock merchandise as required, apply product protection measures, and set up displays such as modulars and shelf caps to maintain full department inventory.
• Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Be flexible with work hours, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays to support smooth store operations and consistent customer service.

• Manage heavy task volumes in a fast-paced environment by efficiently planning and maintaining energy during overnight shifts.

Compensation

The starting hourly pay rate for this role is $15.80.
