Role Overview

We seek a Product Manager to take end-to-end ownership of a core component at Murphy, with founder-level responsibility. This founding role centers on the most sophisticated AI product within a $300 billion market, offering a lean product function with vast scope and category leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Lead your product fully, managing strategy, roadmap, execution, launches, and iterations. Act like the CEO of your product, accountable not just for delivery timelines but for business results.
• Improve the efficiency of AI voice agents by managing customer segmentation, experimenting with voice, cadence, and scripts, and validating changes before deployment to banks.
• Utilize AI as a fundamental building block; develop prototypes integrated into the product directly, enabling rapid design, build, and release cycles.
• Transform bespoke implementation services into scalable product offerings to streamline new bank onboardings.
• Analyze complex issues thoroughly to identify root causes and develop elegant, effective solutions.
• Provide inspirational leadership to engineers and data scientists.

Candidate Profile

• A proactive builder with experience taking products from concept (0) to launch and scaling, whether as a founder, product manager, or engineer.
• Outcome-oriented with a persistent mindset, adept at converting uncertainty into concrete plans and maintaining high quality under tight deadlines.
• Holder of a STEM degree with top academic performance, technical fluency, and a robust philosophy towards excellence.
• AI-native with deep curiosity, routine usage in building AI-powered solutions, and an agent-centric mindset rather than a feature-addition approach. Meticulous quality control to avoid AI shortcomings.
• No prior collections or fintech expertise required; we prioritize exceptional product builders who can learn the domain over domain specialists without delivery focus.
