Role Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to join our Singapore office on a full-time, on-site basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing the entire lifecycle of projects related to ICT and smart building solutions. Key duties involve project planning, scheduling, resource management, and collaboration across internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless execution. Managing budgets, timelines, and compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards are critical aspects of this position.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee all phases of project delivery from initiation through completion.
- Manage schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress to maintain project timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams, external vendors, and clients for smooth workflow.
- Administer project budgets and ensure adherence to cost controls.
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Identify and resolve project issues promptly to avoid delays.
- Accelerate key activities affecting critical project milestones.
- Prepare detailed project documentation, reports, and support inspections or audits.
- Assist in continuous enhancement of project execution processes.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Proficient in core project management capabilities: planning, risk management, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Experienced in expediting tasks, including tracking deliverables and following up with suppliers to meet deadlines.
- Competent in inspection procedures to carry out quality assurance, site reviews, and compliance with technical standards.
- Skilled in logistics management to supervise material handling, scheduling, and onsite coordination.
- Previous experience managing projects in ICT infrastructure, data centers, or smart buildings is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving aptitude, detail orientation, and commitment to quality and safety.
- Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills adaptable to a diverse, cross-functional environment.
- Familiarity with project management software and methodologies; possession of certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 is beneficial.
