Project Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a professional Project Manager to serve as the primary consultant and coordinator for both E-commerce and non E-commerce website development assignments. This role involves close collaboration with clients and internal teams to ensure that website deliverables effectively represent the client's brand and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult clients on their web development needs, catering to e-commerce and other web projects.
• Organize and lead meetings with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and propose innovative solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Serve as the main communication link between clients and the web design and development teams.
• Maintain and manage a comprehensive task list for website projects, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
• Coordinate regularly with the Project Head of Department, Development Teams, and other units to prioritize, organize, and schedule tasks effectively.
• Provide prompt and transparent updates on project progress and status.
• Implement Agile methodologies rigorously throughout project lifecycles.
• Leverage Agile management tools for tracking and reporting project advancement.
• Mentor and coach team members in Agile best practices to ensure process adherence.
• Identify obstacles affecting team performance and facilitate resolutions.
• Facilitate productive team meetings and discussions.
• Generate and interpret project metrics for continuous improvement insights.
• Manage and ensure realization of projected ROI through evaluating tools, process optimizations, and tracking OKRs and KPIs.
• Conduct detailed project reviews and compose comprehensive reports for executive leadership.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on project updates, risk assessments, and action plans to management and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing projects with hands-on expertise in Agile project management within software or web development settings.
• Proven track record handling complex and large web/product development projects involving multifunctional teams.
• Experience in KPI analysis using analytics platforms and implementing corrective measures to fulfill product goals.
• Strong understanding of product strategies and roadmaps, with the capability to direct projects accordingly.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across technical and non-technical personnel.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including mentorship, collaboration, and team leadership.
• Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management across varied seniority levels.
• Exceptional analytical, planning, and organizational skills, adept at balancing competing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience engaging both business and IT audiences, including executives.
• Creative problem-solving aptitude coupled with attention to detail and the capacity to maintain a broad perspective.
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
