Role Summary

The Project Manager position involves leading facility-related projects throughout the United States as an Independent Contractor located in either Florida or Texas. The role demands significant nationwide travel and hands-on leadership overseeing project execution from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project lifecycle including planning, scheduling, budgeting, deliverables, and risk mitigation.
• Direct coordination among field staff, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and project stakeholders.
• Generate and provide regular updates and executive-level reports on project progress.
• Resolve field issues proactively to ensure safe and efficient project advancement.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies, client standards, and safety regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish (bilingual).
• Experience managing projects in facilities management, construction, maintenance, or warehouse operations.
• Proven leadership and organizational skills coupled with strong problem-solving ability.
• Expertise in managing multiple teams and vendor relationships concurrently.
• Capability to adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication competencies.
• Willingness and capacity to travel up to 85% across the nation.
• Residency in Florida or Texas is mandatory.
• Successful completion of background check.

• Military background is advantageous; veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.

Additional Information

CPS will arrange and reimburse reasonable pre-approved business travel expenses, including flights, accommodations, rental vehicles, and transportation as necessary.
