About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead and supervise the implementation of complex SD-Branch projects. This role will act as the key contact responsible for managing the full lifecycle of SD-WAN projects—from initial planning through to operational handover.

Key Responsibilities

Lead multiple SD-WAN deployment programs to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and within-scope delivery.
Act as primary liaison among clients, internal engineering and security teams, and leadership, providing regular status reports on project milestones, risks, and progress.
Develop comprehensive program plans including technical requirements, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and rollout scheduling.
Apply extensive security knowledge to integrate advanced firewalls (Fortigate or Cisco) within the SD-WAN framework, ensuring adherence to security protocols.
Identify, track, and resolve risks and technical issues proactively, escalating critical matters as necessary.
Collaborate with vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, VMware, carriers, and internal teams for smooth project implementation.
Ensure delivered solutions meet technical, security, and performance expectations, overseeing documentation and handoff procedures.

Sharing detailed project plans with stakeholders.
End-to-end monitoring and tracking of project delivery milestones.
Providing timely project updates and status reports to clients.
Tracking project stages to ensure schedule adherence.
Managing follow ups, escalations, and resolving constraints swiftly.
Ensuring delivery of third-party media and bandwidth.
Integrating and testing customer premises equipment (CPE).
Scheduling planned activities in coordination with customers.
Facilitating faster deployment to maximize revenue generation.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 8 years of progressive experience managing IT/Network infrastructure programs.
Deep technical expertise in Routing & Switching (BGP, OSPF, MPLS) and Network Security.
Hands-on configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting experience with Fortigate or Cisco firewalls.
Proven track record managing large-scale SD-WAN rollouts (Cisco Viptela, VMware SD-WAN, Fortinet Secure SD-WAN, Silver Peak).
Familiarity with program management methods (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools like Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet.
Strong budgeting skills managing multi-million-dollar programs.
Excellent client communication capabilities.
Preferred certifications: PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP.
6–10 years of project execution experience in Telecom/ISP sector.
Solid understanding of telecom technologies, products, and services.
Technical diploma or preferably B.E/B.Tech degree.
Successful completion of company hiring process.
