Python Developer (API Frameworks & SQL)

Role Overview

We are seeking a proficient Python Developer skilled in creating scalable web applications and APIs utilizing contemporary Python frameworks and SQL databases.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and maintain backend services and web applications using Python.
• Create and consume RESTful APIs employing frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django REST Framework.
• Build high-performing and scalable applications aligned with industry standards.
• Architect and optimize database structures, queries, and stored procedures with SQL.
• Integrate software solutions with third-party APIs and services.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and improve existing applications.
• Engage collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, QA, DevOps, and Product Owners.
• Produce reusable, testable, and efficient code.
• Perform code reviews to ensure compliance with coding standards.

Required Skills

• Excellent proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience working with at least one API framework among FastAPI, Flask, or Django REST Framework.
• Strong understanding of REST API concepts and development.
• Hands-on experience with SQL databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, or Oracle.
• Familiarity with ORM tools such as SQLAlchemy or Django ORM.
• Practical knowledge of Git version control system.
