Role Overview

Salt seeks to appoint an AI Quality Analyst for a 12-month contract, renewable, working with a global technology client. The role involves serving as a subject-matter expert who meticulously assesses content, decisions, and AI-generated results to guarantee high-caliber reference data and maintain quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

Implement detailed guidelines and policies to accurately review, label, and evaluate content, decisions, and AI-generated outputs spanning text, image, and video formats; participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistency with peers.
Assess and rate the quality of AI/model-generated outputs, delivering structured feedback aimed at improving model performance.
