Role Overview and Key Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and execute comprehensive test scenarios specifically for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Develop and refine test scripts to align with project needs and industry best practices.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate effectively with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to gather a clear understanding of requirements and user stories.
• Conduct requirements analysis and contribute to the formulation of test strategy and automation methodologies.
• Provide consistent communication and updates, managing expectations of clients and stakeholders effectively.
• Work closely within cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced delivery environment.
• Ensure robust automation coverage, maintain stability, and promote continuous improvement of testing assets.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least five years of practical experience in software testing processes.
• Experience in designing and implementing automation testing frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and stakeholder communications.
• Expertise in gathering requirements, conducting analyses, and comprehending user stories.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with effective collaboration abilities.
• Capacity to adapt and succeed in a fast-evolving, demanding work setting.
