About Shreni's Diet Clinic
Located in Adajan, Surat, Shreni's Diet Clinic is seeking a warm, confident, and well-organized Receptionist to join its team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming phone calls, inquiries, appointment scheduling, and maintain patient records.
- Monitor client progress and provide encouragement to support their goals.
- Greet and assist clients warmly during visits.
- Conduct billing and perform basic administrative duties efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Effective communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.
- Familiarity with basic computer operations.
- Polite demeanor, reliability, and strong organizational skills.
- Previous experience in reception or customer service roles is preferred.
