Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to maximize guest satisfaction and encourage repeat bookings.
• Support and manage efficient booking procedures and ensure guest reservations follow-through seamlessly.
• Provide exceptional customer service through both phone and email communication channels during the reservation process.
• Professional handling of reservation sales and guest inquiries in a timely and effective manner.

Preferred Qualifications and Traits

• Strong enthusiasm for customer sales and hospitality.
• Prior experience in reservations and relevant hospitality industry knowledge is advantageous.
