Position Summary

This role focuses on accelerating sell-out performance by shaping and delivering commercial plans, improving brand execution, managing important accounts, and keeping sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance closely aligned. The objective is to strengthen market presence, support steady revenue growth, and maintain high operational standards across all commercial workstreams.

Core Responsibilities

  • Set annual sell-out targets and oversee achievement against them.
  • Roll out market brand and trade marketing activations, including launches, visibility initiatives, and planograms.
  • Monitor ranking and market share goals versus actual performance.
  • Analyse market movement, competitor actions, and consumer behaviour to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Manage SISO activities and contribute to forecasting cycles.
  • Increase topline performance through effective door management and channel expansion.
  • Review sell-out results regularly to confirm KPI delivery across all channels.
  • Guide the sell-out team, including SS and BC, on KPIs, work planning, and performance follow-up.
  • Improve BC productivity and ensure targets are executed efficiently.
  • Coach, mentor, and give ongoing performance feedback to support team growth.
  • Run team check-ins and conduct performance reviews at regular intervals.
  • Prepare and present sales updates, suggested orders, and door stock positions.
  • Handle commission submissions for SS and BC.
  • Build and maintain durable relationships with key accounts.
  • Execute joint business planning with strategic customers.
  • Address escalations, operational concerns, and service-related issues.
  • Track commercial KPIs such as sales, ranking, market share, and stock health.
