Role Overview
The Sales Manager will oversee and inspire a dynamic B2C real estate sales team to enhance revenue growth while ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for a proactive, field-focused leader who excels in a fast-paced, international company and drives the team to consistently exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide, mentor, and energize a group of sales consultants to meet and surpass revenue objectives.
- Formulate and execute creative sales strategies to increase market share and overall sales performance.
- Define clear KPIs for individuals and the team, utilizing CRM tools and data analysis to track progress.
- Organize daily briefings, pipeline assessments, and performance reviews to maintain high engagement and focus.
- Work closely with marketing and strategy departments to synchronize efforts on lead generation and sales conversion.
- Examine market patterns, performance metrics, and customer insights to improve sales effectiveness.
- Promote a workplace culture centered on accountability, innovation, and continuous progress.
Requirements
- 6 to 7 or more years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in real estate, brokerage, or other luxury consumer sectors.
- A proven history of meeting and exceeding monthly and annual sales goals.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing more than 10 direct subordinates and a total team exceeding 20 members.
- In-depth knowledge of the Saudi Arabian real estate market.
- Skilled in using CRM software and analyzing data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in Arabic and English.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and effective under pressure in a results-driven atmosphere.
