The coordinator ensures precise and timely delivery to maintain stable order fulfillment and smooth daily operations.
Qualification Requirements
- Possession of a college degree or higher, preferably in International Trade, Business English, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.

- Thorough familiarity with foreign trade order processes, export customs clearance, and documentation preparation.
- Ability to interpret WPC and wooden door production drawings and a solid understanding of WPC door product structure, manufacturing techniques, common materials, wood grain finishes, and hardware combinations.
- Experience managing order modifications, customization requests, and handling production anomalies.
- Fluency in English reading and writing; capable of managing English correspondence, customer orders, and documentation independently, with effective communication with international clients.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for ledger maintenance, report creation, and order organization; familiarity with ERP systems preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail, resilience under pressure, responsibility, logical thinking, and strong communication and coordination abilities across departments.
- High sensitivity to measurement, data accuracy, and process workflows; capable of handling multiple orders simultaneously.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in the Middle East, especially Saudi Arabia or those involved with exporting building materials.
- Willingness to travel short-term for business purposes, including on-site factory inspections and follow-ups.
