Scrum Master - 3 Months Contract

About the Role

We are seeking a Scrum Master on a contract basis to join our team. This role involves applying mature Agile methodologies and balancing both Project Management and Scrum Master duties. The successful candidate will deliver enterprise-level web applications, collaborating closely with developers, Business Analysts, and external client stakeholders including Product Owners.

While we prefer candidates based in the Midlands for hybrid work (two days onsite, three remote), we welcome remote UK applicants willing to travel to the Midlands occasionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate sprint teams within a Scrum framework to ensure effective Agile project delivery.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously across various platforms while maintaining strong organizational skills under pressure.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with internal team members and external clients.
• Bring experience from digital agency or consultancy backgrounds, particularly those with Project Management experience seeking new challenges in this hybrid role.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven background as a Scrum Master or Digital Project Manager.
• Hands-on experience with Agile management tools such as JIRA.
• Prior work experience in a fast-paced agency setting.
• Ability to create detailed functional specifications.
• Relevant certifications such as PRINCE2 or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
• Experience working on Automotive industry projects is advantageous.
