Senior Designer Role

As a Senior Designer, you will lead with passion and enthusiasm, continually pushing creative limits while refining narratives to produce exceptional design work. You will mentor junior colleagues, shaping ideas into compelling visual expressions, and confidently present your work to clients with a clear and distinctive style.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts on smaller projects, ensuring clear storytelling and timely delivery of top-quality solutions.
• Maintain proactive communication across all practice areas and international offices.
• Establish strong relationships as a core team member with clients.
• Collaborate closely with the Client Services Team to monitor project profitability, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures.
• Contribute to client relationship growth and assist in converting opportunities with existing clients.
• Share your perspectives through Brandpie’s marketing and thought leadership channels.

Required Experience and Qualities

• Creative leadership with the ability to generate bold, inspiring ideas and articulate their development and execution clearly.
• Expertise across diverse design skills, serving as a go-to resource within the team.
• Strong independent execution, confidently determining design needs and delivering accordingly.
• Proficient client presenter, creating impactful and clear presentation materials.
• Commitment to mentoring and coaching junior and mid-level designers, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
