Position Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team, supporting recruitment efforts at Acorns and GoHenry. This key role entails leading the entire recruitment lifecycle, concentrating on identifying, evaluating, and onboarding exceptional technical talent. You will play a strategic role in developing teams that create impactful financial wellness technology worldwide. The role is remote-first with optional office access in Irvine, CA. Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to devise scalable hiring strategies while ensuring a candidate experience aligned with our values.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to create and execute comprehensive hiring plans aligned with business goals and diversity objectives.
• Manage end-to-end recruiting activities, including sourcing, candidate outreach, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
• Establish and nurture a strong pipeline of diverse and talented candidates through innovative sourcing and networking.
• Assess and enhance technical recruitment operations such as interview design, evaluation frameworks, and interview resources.
• Provide strategic recruitment insights to influence broader organizational decisions.
• Mentor junior recruiters to elevate overall recruitment quality and techniques.
• Work with HR and marketing teams to improve employer branding and implement scalable hiring initiatives.
• Stay current with industry trends in machine learning, AI, and large language models to source relevant talent.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience that embodies company culture and values.

Candidate Requirements

• At least six years of recruiting experience in technical or non-technical roles.
• Track record of successfully executing high-impact hires in fast-paced and mission-driven settings.
• Strong expertise in recruiting software engineers, security engineers, designers, and product managers.
• Ability to build and engage networks of emerging technical talent.
• Knowledgeable about current trends in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and large language models.
• Experience sourcing hires for technical leadership and engineering positions.
• Exceptional relationship management and stakeholder influence capabilities.
• Operational excellence with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
